Smart Horizontal Storage Design
Each of the 20 fixed horizontal shelves is specially designed with a cleverly integrated 5-point cable management system that neatly stores and secures device charging cables. Shelves are angled back slightly to allow devices to shuffle into position and remain stable during movement. Individual flexible ABS pockets store AC adaptors with twin cable clips, organised and ventilated to prevent overheating. Portholes feed cables from the back power compartment to the front, preventing cables from being removed and ensuring tidy, damage-free cable routing.
Intelligent Power7 Charging System
The UniCabby 20H is fitted with an advanced Power7 Management System that includes a soft start function to prevent overload during start-up by powering each of the 2 × 10-way power strips in 1.5 second intervals. Full power-up occurs within 6 seconds. The system provides simultaneous charging of all 20 devices, monitoring current to ensure optimal charging without over or under charging. A sophisticated programmable timer can be set to constant charging, cycle charging, or programmed to a custom schedule (3 schedules, 7 days a week) with an easy-to-operate LED display and push button controls. Fuse protection guards against power surges and overloads.
Security and Safety Features
Security is paramount with a robust dual point locking system featuring a 7-pin activation mechanism tested by independent locksmiths. The double-sided key has two sets of teeth making it impossible to pick and substantially increasing security. The lock and key are located on top of the unit to prevent key breakages during transit. A separate lockable power compartment keeps charging infrastructure secure. The 1.8m / 6ft IEC power cord is designed to snap out if pulled away from the wall, preventing trips, falls, and damage to the electrical system.

Silent Passive Cooling
Unlike many charging carts, the UniCabby 20H uses a unique passive ventilation system with side vents and a fully welded mesh base that allows constant air circulation, eliminating the need for noisy fans. A built-in heat sensor constantly monitors the inside temperature and will shut the power off if a device overheats, automatically restoring power once the ideal ambient temperature is achieved. This ensures silent charging - perfect for libraries, classrooms, and quiet office environments.
