When paired with a ScreenBeam 1100 Plus receiver, the USB Pro Switch automatically manages all room peripherals including cameras, microphones, speakers, and touchscreens. The system intelligently detects when to switch between your Microsoft Teams Room system and BYOM sessions (Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet), providing maximum flexibility for modern hybrid workspaces. In-room participants can wirelessly share content during MTR meetings without needing to join the meeting separately, while guest presenters with locked-down devices can still drive the display and use room resources.
Seamless Unified Communications Integration
The ScreenBeam USB Pro Switch bridges the gap between people in hybrid work environments by enabling wireless content sharing from personal devices during MTR-hosted meetings. Touch-enabled displays gain full presenter annotation capabilities, and because of ScreenBeam's co-engineering partnership with Microsoft, the switch natively supports Microsoft Windows Ink across all Microsoft Office 365 applications. For rooms without MTR, the USB Pro Switch provides hardwired support for both HDMI displays and USB cameras, ensuring maximum flexibility for all meeting scenarios.
