Despite its compact size, the USW-Lite-8-PoE delivers robust Layer 2 switching performance with 16 Gbps switching capacity and 8 Gbps non-blocking throughput. With a forwarding rate of 12 Mpps, it can handle demanding Gigabit traffic from multiple devices without bottlenecks.
The switch supports up to 1,000 VLANs for network segmentation, an 8,000-entry MAC address table, and advanced features like LACP port aggregation, 802.1X authentication, and IGMP snooping for efficient multicast traffic management. Perfect for small offices, retail environments, classrooms, or home networks requiring professional-grade performance.
Power Over Ethernet for All Your Devices
The USW-Lite-8-PoE includes 4 PoE+ ports supporting 802.3af/at standards, delivering up to 30W per port and a total PoE budget of 52W. Power and connect UniFi access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, and other PoE-enabled devices without needing separate power adapters.
An external 60W power adapter is included, providing stable power delivery via 54V DC input (supported voltage range: 50-57V). The switch consumes just 8W excluding PoE output, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective for 24/7 operation.
Silent, Compact, and Flexible Installation
With its fanless cooling design, the USW-Lite-8-PoE operates completely silently, making it perfect for noise-sensitive environments like home offices, conference rooms, or reception areas. The compact form factor (99.6 x 163.7 x 31.7 mm) and lightweight polycarbonate enclosure (295g) allow for desktop placement or wall mounting with the included mounting kit.
Centralized Management with UniFi Network Controller
The switch is managed through the UniFi Network Controller (version 7.2.94 or later) and supports the UniFi mobile app, allowing you to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot your network from anywhere.
