Extended Runtime Protection
Designed specifically for the Vertiv Liebert GXE3-6000IRT4UXL 6kVA UPS, this external battery cabinet provides the additional energy storage needed for applications requiring longer backup periods. When paired with the GXE3 UPS, a single EBC can extend runtime from 5.5 minutes to 15 minutes at 100% load, or from 14 minutes to 38 minutes at 50% load. Multiple cabinets can be cascaded for even longer runtime capabilities.
Installation and Compatibility
The GXE3-EBC192VRT2U features a flexible rack/tower convertible design that allows seamless integration into existing IT infrastructure. The cabinet connects directly to the GXE3-6000IRT4UXL UPS via the external battery cabinet connector. Installation is straightforward with the included battery cable and rail kit for rack mounting.
